- We currently deliver within Nationwide Bangladesh.
- International shipping is Not Available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer.
3. Delivery Time
- Dhaka Metro Area: Estimated 1–2 business days.
- Outside Dhaka / Nationwide: Estimated 3–5 business days depending on courier service.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight/size.
- Free Shipping is available for orders above 10,000.
- Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order through our website or courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address.
- If unsuccessful, the courier may contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.
7. Packaging & Handling
- All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Perishable or fragile items may receive additional protective packaging.
8. Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- However, we will assist in resolving issues with the courier partner.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
